Entertaining Backyard Dreams
This custom backyard multi-sport court in Lubbock, Texas, brings recreation home in a whole new way. Teko Courts & Outdoor Living designed and installed a space that blends a professional-grade basketball court, a pickleball court, and a curved racetrack that wraps around the property. Together, these features transform the yard into an all-ages outdoor entertainment hub built for both activity and connection.
Designing for Performance and Play
From concept to completion, every line, curve, and color was intentionally designed. The layout maximizes available space while maintaining clear flow between each area. The basketball and pickleball courts feature acrylic hard court surface installed over a reinforced concrete base, ensuring strength, traction, and year-round comfort. These high-performance materials deliver excellent ball response and grip while reducing impact, ideal for West Texas families who love to play outdoors.
Built for West Texas Conditions
Because outdoor courts must stand up to extreme heat, wind, and dust, Teko Courts used premium materials engineered to endure the region’s unique climate. The durable acrylic surface resists fading and cracking, while the concrete foundation provides stability for years of use. The racetrack adds a dynamic touch, creating a loop perfect for scooters, bikes, or friendly footraces. As a result, this backyard blends function, fun, and fitness into one beautifully designed space.
A Space Made for Connection
This project proves that outdoor living can be both stylish and practical. Every element, from the sharp color palette to the precise linework, was customized to fit the homeowner’s vision. The result is a personalized backyard recreation zone that brings people together, whether for a family game night or an afternoon shoot-around.
